well I can tell you for fact I never said that because I have never seen one!He did have some other bow,the first time he shot with me,but the short ATA was that bows main problem.........The whole Armored Carp thing came about over the fact I said I shoot 60 lbs!!!!I am a little younger than you,I still have my memory Lol
Since there were several others involved in the original discussion I'm sure someone else will chime in sooner or later and refresh your memory.

:pop:I never said it!Why lie?

Walt, find me someone out here that wins tourneys shooting a Cuda,Surely you can do that in the Cuda Network???
I have no clue who shoots what in California tourneys since I try to stay as far away from California as possible. What exactly would that have to do with the topic of this thread?

fastest FPS from your bowfishing bow?!?!

Those armored carp in California may not be armored after all--
I dunno?What does this?^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
You are the one that seems so bothered about what we do,and how we do it.....I dont recall ever telling you what you need to do.....I have no clue what works for you

I'm not trying to tell you what to do nor do I care. Simply stating that according to the chrony results we are seeing posted on here that pulling 60 lbs may not increase arrow speed as much as some people think.

Nor do I care what the numbers say....I never did see any Black Eagle #'s?Not that it matters,I will say again, the only numbers I care about are the ones in the boat.So why is it Cudas dont win tourneys out here.....Idaho,Utah,Washington....................

 I like your style my friend.

That should give some ppl a lil idea of just how efficient the cam system on them lil bows are.
How bout some Angler numbers Staffer????

Maybe it's a regional thing-chit I don't know? Probably kinda like me never seeing a Black Eagle here-ever-tourney or no. If you don't care what the numbers say you are definately on the wrong thread hence the thread title.

Youll never see a legit truthful number from an Angler, remember last time when Jeff put the bow together wrong to get such of a low FPS number?
:groan:

That kind of shows what works for what waters. I know dang well some lever bows wouldn't work worth a chit somewhere else.

My point is that draw weight is not a clear indicator of how fast a bow will shoot a fishing arrow. This is why chronograph numbers are important.

same 1540gr arrow,point,barb,slide

pse cuda with no gloves, fan man rest, maxed out it pulls 47lbs, 131fps

28" 60lb strother sx1 limb driver 131 fps

mission craze 28" draw 74lbs qad153fps

mathews classic 29" 50lbs whisker biscuit 143fps

im finding older style less parralle(spell) are more efficient with heavy arrows than new more paralle bows.

i had an angler in here earlier today, but he used it for a push pole last night and it was totally out of time so we didnt shoot it. maybe later we can and see what it will do.i dont have a osprey here at the moment, but we took one on a hunt last year as a backup bow and with a 425 gr arrow at 55lbs it didnt break 220fps. i wish i would have chrono'd the monster lever bow we had the other day but i didnt. buddy has a black eagle 2 will see if i can get a hold of it and shoot it through the chrono.

That's what I call specs! Thanx smokin!

I'm callin depth perception problems at 17 ft, iltfah watch me shoot a fish on texoma that was deep!! Like I couldn't believe I it or any1 else an it was know where near 17ft. I'm not callin any1 a liar by anymeans I just think there are some perception skills that are lacking just a lil.
I remember that one fish...That was the, one, you hit that night right? :D

Bob hwb u give us angler specs with a vid!
