I got my dls45's the other day... I hooked one up to check it out, but the fan doesn't come on? How do I know if it's on or working?

im pretty sure the fan only comes on when it starts to heat up and to check it if its working i just use my troller batt check button..
Put your voltage meter on it while its hooked up. I dont know the exact voltage you will be looking for but you need to adjust it with the trolling motor running! Beware...too much voltage will BURN your troller up!!
I was always told by the pros on here to adjust them....my bad for feeding you false info. I did it on mine and they work fine *shrug*
