Aluminum boat kit?

Pierce Aluminum in Broussard, La. will make your material list and crimp the sides for you. All you have to do is cut the rake and weld it up.

How/what did you use to cut the rake Kajun?

Skill saw and miter saws cut everything. Jigsaw for a couple pieces.

Yep what kajun said...That's where LOTS of boat builders buy their material..you can call them and say I want an air ranger hull and they will break it out for you and roll the t bars, then you weld it. No major tools required.

If it was that easy everybody would do it. Do your homework before you start,not gonna stop on your way home from work at wal-mart pick up a welder, and put a boat together.:laugh:

D@mnit... The guy at walmart said there was nothing to it when he sold me the welder earlier...
