Who would be interested in a mid to late July shoot out of Glenns Ferry? Not saying its a done deal, just want some feedback. The event would be hosted at the Rodeo Grounds in Glenns Ferry. You could launch from any of three sites, Glenns Ferry obviously, then up river at paradise Valley (about 10 minute drive), and also down river in Hammett (15 minute drive). There may even be a fourth launch made available down at Loveridge if there is enough interest. Understand though that the weigh in would be central at the Rodeo grounds, so the farther you travel to launch, the further you will have to travel back "heavy" on your axels. Format would be for a two day event, up to three man teams, and total weight w/ side pots for Big 5 and Big Fish (You could enter the side pots only if so desired). If there is interest, we could also provide a Night format (ALL boats would launch from Glenns Ferry for the night shoot) running from 10 p.m to 2 a.m. Weigh in would be back at the Rodeo Grounds. Entry fees and Pay out would be similar to what we're accustomed to seeing at the former Strike event, and I think you all know that fish numbers would be EPIC. Thoughts, feedback???
