That pretty much sums it up the link offers a little more insight in to how to build them and it answers a lot of questions as well. Their pretty cool when you have a big fish on, its like a giant cork and you have to chase it down.. My daughter loves them!

We just take some drink bottles paint em white and tie some spiderwire on em. Then put on a treble hook and put a shrimp on that. Cheap and easy. Then you can just take off the lids and put the hook back inside and they don't get all tangled up.
