Not having any luck finding and usable scrap stuff. So I'm gonna plan to build this out of new material. What that material will be???????????? Thats were yall come in.

Looking for help on Material, and specific sizes based of this drawing.
Gonna try to do Alluminum all the way. But may have to opt for thin wall steel with an alluminum floor given that I can weld steel but not alluminum. I really cant imagine there being more than 50 lbs difference in weight depending on the 2, but maybe their will be.
Dont really mind a litle sag here and there. Just as long as it doesnt fold up on me.
Obviouslly there wont be more than 3 grown boys on this at a time.
