Ok, you guys can just stop trying to justify the price of this boat. There is no way a com****nt person can see 49K in a used fan boat. I dont care if there is 2 keys of cocaine under the front deck, IT'S USED. Once it pulls away from the builder, it's used, once it hits the water, it's used. I can see that a lot went into this boat, it has a lot of quality components, and a well built fan......but I will be danged if I pay 49K, or anything close to that for a USED fan boat. And Mike, I know of the boats you speak of, might want to go back and check those prices again. I know for a fact that a much better quality turn key airboat can be bought for considerably less.

17' boat but what's that matter. All these "kit boats " are ordered at 20' anyway then chopped down. Generac motor? Damn right far superior to a Briggs or kohler. Do some research. Flush deck with aluminum hoops (Arkansas style rail) made for weight. And tons of hours in a globe fan setup that doesn't look like everyone else's. I don't figure that's a selling point tho. SD rail ok add $250 in material and 5hrs labor. I'm not trying to compare apples to apples. I'm saying it's not worth even close to $49,000

I'm not saying it cost that much to build, I'm saying it's value is what someone will pay for it. No one said it cost that much to reproduce that boat, but i don't think he's far off value wise and like i said someone will pay that for it.

Well if that ones worth $50k then I screwed my self selling mine for 20k

I'm happy for you, but the numbers are what they are. I still have one of the flyers DB printed up for us to hand out with the spec of the Brown camo boat. Build cost 56,000 and change.
