I've got two real bows. This is just something I've been playing around with.
Dont listen to him ... his parents didnt show him enough affection when he was a baby ... now he feels he has to be a jack wagon to random people online.
It really depends on how you made the rest for your bow ... I use a bracket on mine that allows me to mount a Muzzy Fish hook to it. And then I angle it so that the rest is at the same angle as the arrow and not square to the bow... this seems to help... next is your grip... I made the bottom part of mine thicker so that I would not torqe the bow as much... if you just hold the pipe you are not always grabbing it in the same place... get some athletic tape and make you a grip for it ... after that its just playing around until it slings an arrow strait... I got mine tuned pretty good, but pulling so much weight I do get the occasional sidways arrow flop!... hope this helps.

Skippy,
I was loved plenty thank you. And as for you. U are just a yard gnome that decided to steal Rattlin Rickys PVC bow and claim it as your own. Get a freakin life man.

I never claimed anything as my own except the brackets that I made to mount the reels and rest to the bow... and I got the plans from the Man cave guy ... the same place I tell everyone that asks me how to make them where I got them... thought you could take a joke as much as you dish it out.... my bad.

in fact here is the exact video ..

Skippy...Thanks for sharing the info! I made two of them this past weekend and am having a blast with it.

My buddies are still scared to draw them back though.....those "wheelie guys" expect the pull to get easier as the string goes back....and it don't!

Skippy, congratulations on improving on an already proven design. Your bows are awesome! I've noticed though that the original design allows most of the flex in the bow in the handle/riser area. Have you experimented at all with flattening the limbs to disribute the flex?

Skippy has never claimed anything like he invented a pvc bow. He has only helped those that wanted one and were either too lazy to make one (me) or really don't have the skills or tools.

You maybwant to cant your bow some instead if keeping it vertical. Helps some with it not being center shot. Or at least it did with me.

Just keep on slinging them. It will become secound nature soon

Nah but thats the beauty of them you can mess with them all you want ... and if you break it your only out a couple bucks... the flex in the handle does not seem to be that much of an issue for me... I did wrap the handle with vet tape and made the bottom fatter than the top to not allow the bow to twist in your hand.

I tend to torq the bow when I full draw it ... so I made the handle thicker at the bottom then the top so that it fits your hand more like a traditional bow handle .. I will try to get some pictures.
