I ordered a bow for my wife on Dec17 hoping it would get here around X-mas time or at least by the new year. Most things I buy on the interent arrive in <10 days. I sent them an email since they never gave me any tracking info and I hadnt received the item after 12days. They got back to me a couple days later and said they would check with their suppliers. Never heard anything for the next week so I sent another email and they finally sent me the tracking info. THEY JUST SHIPPED THE ITEM ON THE 4th of JANUARY. On their website according to the order # it was marked as shipped and completed within the first week of ordering. I expressed my dissatisfaction to them in a final email and their "customer service" simply replied "Whatever dude". If you've had good experience with them that's great, but all I can say is it is the WORST internet transaction I have ever had in the last 6 years or so.

bad customer service can sink a business, im glad you pointed this out Kensell, cause personally i wont do business with them, for one they dont have it in stock as you see, two two long of a wait because that, and then the D1Ckhe@d customer service,. i order allot of things online and have a pleasent time with almost all of it... we need to have a "BUST OUT" section to report ******y Reps and businesses, and in the same section have a "GOOD GUYS" section of people that rep there business to the fullest with great quality services and friendlyness.....

Kensell, your signature on the forums might as well be "Whatever Dude" im still laughing about it, just because of that stupid phrase

I'm not a ****ing grammar nazi, they are ****ing ignorant. Buy from them. I could care less.
Kensell, I apologize if you took my post as being a smart a** remark directed at you, it wasn't! I agree with you, there customer service sucks, and if people quit buying from them maybe they will make changes for the better.
As for you being a combat veteran with 7 years of service, THANK YOU, and the same to all the other service men and women out there.
