Well my merc 35 hp 2 stroke wasnt peeing so I took the tube off and blew it out but now its still not peeing. Its smoking I think I fried something. Can anyone tell me what I fried and is it costly?

My guess is the impeller has broken fins on it, or you could have sand or mud inside the motor. I have felt with both

DON'T RUN IT! It's either a blocked pisser hole, water pump or it has a thermostat and it's not hot enough for it to piss. I'd guess water pump though without knowing anything about it.

And let me guess.. You sometimes start it or bump it without it being in the water?

X2!!!! Do not run the motor regardless of if its in or out of the water. Pull the lower unit and I'd bet the impeller is chewed up. Not costly at all and take about 20 minutes to fix. Just remember to pu a LIGHT coat of grease (vegetable oil works too) on everything when you put the new one just to keep it from overheating again before the water gets to it.
Next guess would be the thermostat.

The pee plug is cleared now. Ill tear into it is there a manual or something to go by to replace the impellar

Even if you put the impeller in so the fins are the wrong way as soon as you turn it over they will straighten out. It's a super easy fix

Yep the shaft only turns one way and as soon as you start it it will straighten right out

Got the new impeller in and still not peeing. Therr is air coming out of the pee tube
