I know you want all your weight toward the back usually,and "where",well depends on your boat?

 

thats what i was thinking but i just have to figure out the running hours on it

 

We ran a 101 for six hard hours last time out,but that was staying stuck alot!

 

well unfortunately from what it looks like now, with my new setup, my 101 wont run, at all, no clue whats the problem.

 

did you check the in-line fuse? we just bypass that dang thing.
good connections with the plug/batt?

 

We get 6 good hrs with ours pulling a 28 foot pontoon and that is being stuck some and running full bore at times

 

well mine is on a 1650 hopefully i might be able to get around 7 or 8 hours

 

oh yeah, we got everything working good, now for some reason it squeaks real bad and it delays alot. i can turn it off and go to turn it back on and it takes a couple seconds before it will turn back on. (causing me to run into logs and what not). no idea what causes this.

 

Corrosion on the part of the armature that the brushes ride on.

we clean the brushes and the armature it didn't show any signs of corrosion.
