I bought a bass boat. Got a 120 ev on it and if I have the prop out of the water it runs great, but if u put it in the water it won't run for chit! Any ideas? I drained the fuel, changed plugs, put sea foam in it and still nothing! Any ideas?

I'm going to take the carb bulb off here n a lil bit and see if it has anything in it. Hopefully that's all it is. We shall see.....
