Any one ever had a prob with 150s breaking while running my buddy's break very time he runs down the lake maybe diff type of bulbs to use? Any help or suggestions?other than take them out while running not really wanting to do that he says

Never broke a bulb. Traveled half the country and 100s of miles of water. Is he putting them in to tight and causing them to crack down in the base or something?
Try putting some red silicone (the one that is OK with heat) around the base when you screw them in. I would assume that they are working loose and breaking. Also may need to look at how you are mounting your lights to prevent vibration and bouncing around when you run down the lake. the stem mounts that are one most lights are junk and you really need to mount them with a bracket of some sort.
