Very nice, nice to have a buddy that welds aluminum. I used same pad in mine.

Where is the red/green navigation lights up front? Don't forget them and get a ticket...
Haven't added them yet. Going to install them when I get the wiring done next week. Appreciate the reminder though. With everything that I'm working on on the boat it would be easy to overlook something like that.

Well chit-here's another boat that'll be on the water before mine

Looking good man. I totally forgot to answer you on the hinges, sorry about that.

I believe I bought them direct from the manufacturer, but from what I recall they gave me some push back on it, because they usually only sell large quantities. But it's worth a shot to try.

They are Sarasota HN 300. They are freakin sweet! They look like stainless, but are actually aluminum, polished to a mirror finish. What I liked is they have a 100% hidden bolt design-they bolt from underneath. They were a pain in the rectum to install, but dayum are they sexy. And a little more secure that ones that are screwed in from above.

Well, the boat is basically done. Got a few things left to do, but I got it out on the river earlier this week for a test run and everything seems ok. Still need to find a permanent location for the foot control and bolt it down. Then it will be ready to fish at least. May add some interior leds and some other small things later. Sure has been a journey, but has been fun. Thanks to everyone on here for the ideas and help with this project.
