Hey all, I've got my hull, Yamaha 90 outboard and I found a 35 hp vanguard fan set up for a decent deal. It has arrow prop pith blocks and blades with a 48 inch set up. I made a trailer from a javelin bass boat work for the hull and it turned out to work really well. 500 in the trailer so that's not too bad. My friend is nice enough to let me use his equipment and help me as he can. So far the console was built from the material from the front deck. I'm waiting on the aluminum to start on the deck, floor, light rails seats, and fan stand. This is what I've got so far any criticism or helpful advice would be great! The stand will be a over the outboard set up attaching to float pods and hull.

Thanks man! I'm hoping everything goes smooth! The only thing I'm hoping will work out is the over the outboard fan stand built out of aluminum. I hope it can hold up and not have any problems with it.
