The 2011 NWLA tournaments shall be with the meeting minutes following:
March 5th – Fun Shoot Wallace lake - 6-10pm
Toledo Bend Classic March 19th
Red River April 22nd Red Oak - Big 20 trailering
Tristate shootout May 7th millwood
Toledo Bend May 28th rebeccas Big 5 & numbers
Red River – Bishops June 18th
BAA World Championship July 23 lafitte

Meeting Notes:
1. Entry fee will be $25.00 per person max three man teams
2. Entry fee will be divided to $15.00 to numbers and $10.00 to big 5
3. March 27th shoot will be a big tournament with large payout and $150.00 entry fee per boat.
4. Kids 15 and under shoot free and do not count towards 3 man team
5. We revised the format to have two local big 20 tournaments to increase participation. Red Oak tournament will be a big 20
6. We also revised the format to have big 5 and numbers to promote a level playing field for all teams until tournament participation increases to allow for classes similar to Ar.
7. Decided against club dues until participation can increase.
8. Darin keeped points system last year and he will keep it this year. Darin will post it to website so people can track & possibly increase participation
9. Discussed BAA sanctioning some of our tournaments local decided not to for $$$ but will sanction Toledo
10. Flyers will be placed at all archery and sporting goods stores in sport, bossier & coushatta
12. Preston will run an add in Amercian Classifieds for first three tournaments
13. Discussed the possibility of having a tournament in Caddo, Monroe, Caney or Black lake. Caddo was dropped due to having the shoot their early due to moss and everyone would prefer to be on Toledo at that time of year. The other lakes could be worked in at the end of the year, but everyone preferred river or toledo instead. Decided to remain at Toledo & River
14. Toledo bend classic shall be held at Pendleton.
15. We need everyone to get at least one sponsor from anywhere 50, 100, 200, 500, or 1000
16. $1000 payout agreed upon for payout with 10 or more boats
17. Black t-shirt with neon green writing & same shirts quality
