Just wanted to get it out there, things have been put in motion again this year for the 2nd shoot on Long Lake in Manitowoc county. After what I though was a great turn out last year, and alot of good feed back from everyone, it was decided to hold it again this year.
It is lookin like it will be held on May 21 (I know this conflicts with WBA but this is a small lake). It will be done much like it was done last year, preregistered, and four hours long. There is talk the lake association will again provide a lunch before hand, but that is still being worked out. This is all still being worked out and I will post detatils as I know them and keep everyone up to speed. Thanks

May 21, there will be a small Pre-register shoot from 8pm till 12 midnight on Long Lake in Manitowoc County. This lake is located just outside Brillion. The disposal will be provided. We will be meeting anytime after 6pm at the public launch, and launch at 8pm with weigh in at 12 midnight.

Pre-Registration is a must to ensure the proper number of boats and to keep a count of people showing up. It is limited to 19 boats. Please email the names of shooters, the certificate of numbers (WS-####-##), phone number, location and email address to [email protected]

Entry fee will be $30 per boat. Limit 3 shooters per boat max, all persons in boat are consideredd shooters. It will be a 100% payout to the top three big carp and smallest carp, (one big and small carp per boat) 1st gets 45%, 2nd gets 30% and 3rd gets 20%. And the final 5% going to smallest carp. This could change depending on number of boats attending. There will also be an optional pot for the most fish shot per boat.

This will be a troller only shoot, fans boats are welcome but fans can not be used. All DNR rules and regulations must be followed and no alcohol please.

I ask even though it is understood, please be curtious and respect others property!

Yep big problem, but actually there is one this weekend, but is only for limitednumber ofboats and is already full. As far as the weekend of the 21, there is actually 4 that I know of, oakfield is friday night, this one and castle rock saturday night and the BEPduring the day on saturday. It suck but as the sport grows it will be happening more and more. I know next year I will be watching around to see when things are gonna happen to try toavoind this again, but it will happen.
