Just letting all you Wisconsin fellas know that the Bowfishing Association of Michigan will be having a tournament on June 4th and 5th on Big Bay Denoc in the upper peninsula. I see you guys are also hosting a tournament that weekend. Not sure how your membership base is as far as location in your state but some of you northern fellas mite be interested. We offer 2 classes of competition. Open Class 25$ per man and 5$ for the big fish pot. This is a more competitive class. And sportsmans class which is 10$ per man and 5$ for big fish pot. Both classes are numbers. All team members must sign up for the big fish pot to be eligible. We also run a Big Ten side pot which is 5 dollars per shooter and you weigh in your teams 10 heaviest fish. This is open to all teams in both classes and every team competes against every team. Just as a disclaimer Im not trying to take away shooters from your guys events I just wanted to pass the information along to you guys for anyone that may be interested. If anyone would like more information regarding this tournament or about the Bowfishing Association of Michigan please feel free to pm me. My name is Steve and I am the president of BAM. Im sure all you wisconsin guys are ready for the hard water fishing to be over and the shootin to begin. Us northern bowfisherman are the toughest on the planet. LOL. Sincerely, your friendly neighbor Michigan
