Its not fully dark yet, but one light lit up most of my back yard. Probably too much flood. I will try again as soon as its pitch black outside, maybe try and get some pics too. My first thoughts were 6 of these on a pole would probably work really good, but I'm not sure how far out they would EFFECTIVELY reach. I could light up the ground 20 yards out no problem, but I dont know if it would penetrate very deep.

These 27 watt lights are available in spot or flood versions, I think 6 spots would be better than 6 floods that high up. But I could be wrong. Be back with some better info and maybe some pics shortly.

Alright back with another round of tests. I wired 2 lights together for a comparison. I held the lights about shoulder width apart and was probably at 13-14 feet high. The 2 together were more than enough light to shoot fish in my opinion. If you put 6 of these on a pole I would bet it would be super bright. If you bought them and didn't like them, you would have no problem selling them on here, I say go for it!!

My lights arrived today. They feel like very high quality lights. They are a lot heavier built than I expected. I think i'll order more very soon.
Agreed, a MUCH better built light than I expected coming out of China for that price. Time will tell if they hold up to the abuse we will subject them to, but they are solid lights.

I guess it's a good thing this thread is about LED's...

Im also fixing to order 20+ of these lights. My question is what would be the best combo 20-27w. Or a combo of the 27s and 50s. Just looking for best overall coverage like everyone on here.
