with the exception of the Carp-O-Rama they will all be show up and pay. http://www.carp-o-rama.com/ should have the entry forms!

you can show up and pay at the Carp-o-rama also, but if you are on the river and want to launch at a ramp besides Wilson Island you need to pre register, and also the lake group launches in order that regristrations were recieved!
