Hey guys and gals. My computer is being really weird and not letting me access the site without clearing all my cookies so until I can figure out how to fix that (which I haven’t in the last year or so) I will try to update this as much as I can via my phone.
Here are the details for the 2020 BAA World Championship
Location
Brookings, SD
Exact location is up in the air as I’m waiting to see if I can find a larger lot. But 100% for sure going to be in Brookings.
Waters
14 lakes and 2 sections on the Missouri River
1. Roy Lake
2. Waubay Lake
3. Minnewasta Lake
4. Rush Lake
5. Little Rush Lake
6. Blue Dog Lake
7. Bitter Lake
8. Lake Poinsett
9. Lake Albert
10. Lake St. John
11. Lake Whitewood
12. Lake Thompson (including Schaefer’s Slough)
13. Lake Henry
14. Lake Sinai (pronounces Sigh-knee-eye)
Lewis & Clark Lake (from Gavin’s Point Dam to Running Water Bridge)
Lake Francis Case (from Ft. Randal Dam to Ft. Thompson Dam)
Before you get all up in arms about being too many lakes I chose these waters because a lot of them are “chain system lakes”. Like, waubay, minnewasta, rush, little rush, blue dog and bitter are all connected by flow but there are roads dividing them. Same with poinsett, Albert and St. John. Same with whitewood, Thompson and Henry.
Format
Big 20 and Numbers
Date
May 30th 2020
Times
7:00 PM launch
7:00 AM weigh in
I will try to update everything as they come! Hope to see some of y’all there!
