I've really been slacking on taking pictures this year. We killed 45 out of a boat earlier this month then my wife and I shot 38 this weekend. Biggest was 27lbs. Got into a nice mix of buffs and commons but the local Hmong community provided fish disposal so i didn't get a chance to take any pictures lol
That's a good question. It's crazy how you can consistenlty shoot big fish out of one body of water, yet a connected body of water with the width of a road separating them and you can't find a fish half that size.
We've been having a good year so far... My son beat his own spotted gar youth state record weighing in at 10 lbs. We also recently got his first state record mount back from the taxidermy too. Took our neighbor the other night and he shot a 27# buffalo...my son was there with a nice back up shot
