I gotta ask. If you are building the enclosed rail, why not mount the lights in it?
Two sets of lights if had to guess? List 6 50watt led's in his first post also besides the HPS. Great looking deck, but gotta ask, why not build the whole deck out of aluminum to save on weight vs the steel frame? Looks like ya defiantly know how to weld aluminum!

AH! I see that now. Good catch. He will hate those LED's after running those 400's. But he may be using them for bighead or something.

LED's were just not mounted in the light housing at the time of the pics. They will be used for bigheads or when we get tired of listening to the gennys.

The old deck on the boat was all aluminum and the welds were cracking everywhere. And I don't have the means to weld aluminum at my house.

What are you using to roll the square tubing?

This looks good. Have a 2070 Weld-Craft that I want to put a removable deck on and rig up for more bowfishing. My son loves shooting bows. I'd rather catch crappie. Looking for some compromises. :D

Looks good, I would never have gotten rid of it if it had a fan and a deck like that. :headbang::D

I had a local guy bend it for me. I don't know exactly what he has for a bender, I could ask him if you would like.
Naw that's ok. I thought you may have a way to do it in your shop without a bender. Thanks
