Like tittle says where is the best place to buy 400 watt digital ballast a buddy of mine uses oracle anyone know where to buy them besides eBay I found them for 109$ but didn't want to spend that much

Those are the ones I use. No complaints after 3 years. Mine are not even completely protected from the elements.

Is oracle still out of business? I know tjones used to sell them on here, but liquidated them cause oracle was selling out to a larger company...
