I'm sorry but I would have went down there and got my money back a long time ago. They would have had to call law enforcement to the shop because I wouldn't be leaving without it.
Well I'd do something more than complain about it on a forum and get pissed because nobody would answer my phone calls. And yes if he had a bunch on my money I would definitely do something about it I would have least contacted an attorney instead of threatening to do so. They obviously don't care one bit about you as a customer they already have your money and if you didn't get some sort of contract and time frame when you handed it over to them then its also your own fault.

It's real easy build the damn boats get them out of the shop n let these guys get off your ass.. give them what they paid for , I'm sick of seeing these threads. But Cbow n greenway need to post as much as I do, not at all. Y'all ain't helping these guys get there boats any faster. The last place I would be bitcking is on the net when I have not got anything yet. I guess I don't do things like y'all .

seem ta me that these folks get on hear and rant when they can't get in touch wit the owner. No offense to the young fellas that get on here and mash on the keyboard for *******'s owner, but they need to do less typing and let the owner fend for himself. If he too much a chicken **** to answer that phone and handle his business, then he dont deserve nobody to be on here promoting his business (or lack there of). If I were to drop some cash money on a boat build, I would want to speak with someone on their pay roll, not a "lil buddy" that gets on a forum and puts up a good word, then when it come down to it, really dont have a hand in the deal, just two lips, a tongue, and some fingers on a keyboard. If the owner can't answer the phone to communicate with paying customers on a regular basis a few things need to happen.
1. hire someone that will answer the phone
2. get an outdoors ringer so they can hear it ring when "working" There no excuse for not being able to reach the phone nor return calls in a timely fashion...
3. Or close shop and find another business avenue.
If a person who is in business for themself (and said business requires him/her to do some communicatin with their customers) can not and will not regularly communicate with his/her customers then they are a failure and an accident waiting to happen.
Not that I give a ****, nor do I care bout what happen to any party involved, jus my simple mind on how a businessperson should have some obligation to they customers.
