There are some of us we are just outside Cortland I see your not to far from us I fish mostly up north oneida and the St law but might try Skinny this year you got a boat we fish a 20x72 and mostly at night

i know and it sucks. ive got a good spot in Pa, just south of new york about 15 minutes and its a pond about 5 or 6 acres in size that is absolutly polluted with carp.
