there are several places up here to shoot 20 good commons. my guess is that the top 3 spots will all be very close.

 

Team Scale Stalker will be there.

 

Lots of good lakes in that area within 30 min.

 

Not that hold commons like i can get back home lol

I am possative our lakes here hold bigger carp!!!! Not all off the lakes but im pretty sure all the fish i would weigh would be 25+ if not all 30+ it would just take alot of work to get 20 fish but im sure i could come darn close to 20

 

then you are shooting the same size fish we are
400lbs +/- will win this
12 hrs to shoot 20-20pounders
we consistantly can shoot them over 25 HFC

 

Scouting this weekend hopefully it pays off.

Ill be out this saturday. Not familiar with any lakes up that way and was told if we come back home we will get smoked bigger commons up there.

 

Thats on the lower side! We would quiet a few 40s maybe a 50lber. I would probably be able to get 500+ there is a difference betweeen 20-20lbers and.bwtween 20-30+lbers

No Drinking During My Tournaments Now

 

There has not and will not be "A"beer in my boat when I bowfish.....Im trying to get HBC loopd b4 we start. Wait, they won the last 2....... Switching to cool-aid, nope, that ain't going to work, Tim is whooping our butts because he is drinking it now

 

I hate saying it but they shoot good... And it a rule in my boat when you get in a miss streak and getting upset everyone stops and has 1 beer. That's the key to success, for us any way

Recent events? I dont see the connection. I respect your decision and don't condone excessive drinking or drunkenness (I'd DQ/ban someone if it was a problem), but if that's a rule/regulation then we will not be attending. Banning something that a responsible adult can regulate themselves just doesn't work for me. Beer and bowfishing go hand in hand for a lot of people, and the freedom of choice is taken away from citizens too much these days. I'm not really arguing beer here, it's just the idea of telling bowfisherman that they can't do something they enjoy and that's their legal right. No harm, no foul here. I know youre thinking safety here, so I do and will support you and your circuit, and people will just have to decide if it works for them. Good luck on the 20th!
