I got the new Archenemy reel seat to try. Right off when mounting I noticed it would not tighten solid. Found that the mounting bolt was not mounted solid in the reel seat. It is loosely press fit into the seat and then has a small Allen screw. There was no way to tighten it as the screw stripped out immediately. I had to drill it out. So I drilled all the way through it and threaded it. Now I can tighten it solid. Also the mount is way long. It is very difficult to reach the button. I may have to mount it in the lathe and shorten it down.. So far it seams to be a waste of money for what you have to do to it just to use it. I would in no way recommend this product. From what I have seen I would not recommend any of their products.
