Bob,its a limited release riser supposedly....?It is machined I guess...I dont know?I do know that I got rid of it once and would have sold my first born to get it back.No other bow shot or even made the blip :laugh: sound this bow does ....all I know for sure is the shlf is different than other B.E.'s Jake(Salty Dog has its twin I beleive)Now......the rest does fit my AE,and without my paper tune rack(Not sure where it went...I shot a few through paper hung off the clothes line and it spitting bullet's...more testing needed though

Its all good! quite interesting that the two bows have the same centershot (or at least very close).... good news though that way if we start seeing some aluminum machined rests for AE's they should fit my black eagle! Wonder if the Berger hole heights are the same....

this is what my riser looks like... from my understand this is the 1st gen blk Eagle riser pre C.P. made in 2000

It's going to be a few days before I recieve the rest of the rests, I sent one to Kuger but it doesn't fit his bastard riser on his BE. He's going to try and modify it slightly to fit his AE.

I need another person with a BE1 to try one of these out, to make sure I'm not suffering from comformation bias.

Send me a pm, I have a gen 1 BE with single Berger button hole for rest will try one let me know your address and will send payment to try one, not afraid to be guinea pig

Should I made my epoxy rest removable by doing the electricians tape first then a dab of silicone to hold it on. I have your # and will text you a pic of my ugly "hotdog roll" rest, if it works or Gary wants I will remold a pretty one if can get some produced, this one shoots good for me...

If this works out for the BE, next I will tackle the "h" riser. I have 3 bows that could use one, and nobody is making this style of rest for those older Oneidas.

Our first try is going to be cheap ABS, if it prints good, probably going to try to go with a poly-abs blend. Maybe full polycarbonate.
