The reel is vintage Bear Archery. It was made by Zebco for Bear. Today, the reel is fairly difficult to find. My thoughts are that its value would range between $75 and $150 ~ plus or minus depending upon how intense a buyer is "Bear vintage oriented" and wants it for his collection, not for bowfishing with it.

To paraphrase a common saying, value lies in the eye of the beholder. A person wanting the reel only for its use as a bowfishing reel would place a lower monetary value on it based on his assessment of that utility value. A person who is an enthusiast for collecting archery items from a passing era, would place a higher monetary value on it based upon his assessment of its place in Fred Bear's legacy.
