Im about to paint my bowfishing deck again and I'm just curious what the best paint to use would be. Ill be in saltwater mostly.

Annnd....this is why I think a bowfishing rig should not be painted....

Sorry I couldn't add anything constructive. My only advice is leave it bare or cover it with hydro turf etc.

Steel. I paint it because I don't want a deck of rust after two trips. Im painting it again because I welded some more mounting brackets on it.

Would try good old rustoleum then....

Ahh my bad man, I was thinking it was aluminum. My brain was fried from work...lol.

I'd look into automotive grade or marine grade paint, I'm sure they will last longer.

In the 1260 blow boat thread, Kajun made some paint recommendations for steel boats. I forget what the brand name was, but I bought some for our steel boat, and it's good stuff.
