BEWARE OF OMP- FinFinder Arrows. THEY ARE JUNK And they will not Warranty Them>>>>>>

BEWARE OF OMP- FinFinder Arrows.
I bought 20 of there shafts.
Out of the 20, I got 3 that were straight enough to use for bow fishing.
I contacted the company. They told me there was nothing they could do. They could not refund or exchange as the arrows were discontinued. I then went to their web site and they are still for sale on their site.
They will not stand behind their products.
These arrows should have never made it to the consumers. Quality control should have yanked every one of them before the left the factory.
They will not stay in business long if they do not stand behind their crappy products.
I just bought a bunch of their products. Now I am going to get rid of it all and I will never use an OMP Product again.

On top of that. I just bought 6 packages of finger savers and 4 Hydro Glide rests and their Hydro-Tek String Wax.. I spent more then a couple dollars and that the thanks I get. I had spoke to the head man and he told me to fill out a pro Staff application. Then they do this. They can shove the App. where the sun dont shine. I will never staff a product for a company that will not stand behind their products. I just ate 17 shafts because they will not stand behind their f-up.

Matt from OMP sent me back an email. He said I hope you will continue using the arrow rests and other products you are currently using.
Why the hell would I continue using their products after they screw me on arrows.
I dont think so.

I would have been satisfied if they would have let me trade in 3 of my bad arrows for one good one. I just wanted some possitive outcome from them, but nope. They just will not do anything, but ask me to continue to use their non warrantied products,

I just called Bowfishing extreme. They had some orange arrows with no name and no nocks. I want to get Orange. We found out that it stands out and is easier to see in the water. They told me not to buy them that they are not straight. I asked them who makes them. They said Fin Finder- OMP. I almost fell out of my chair. Its pretty sad when the retailers are telling you not to buy their arrows. LOL

Hey I wonder if that's why my slingbow shoots like chit!! I've got the wrong arrows!!! I guess you need crooked arrows for a crooked shooter!!

Thanks for the heads up,was just about to stock their bowfishing gear in my store to round out my inventory to cover all bowfishing manufactures products.Had the dealer app filled out and ready to send in and it just made the trash can.If thats the way they stand behind their products i don't need that garbage in my store.

Sorry to hear, but sorry to say that the reason they don't care about your complaint is that OMP is Kinsey's Archery...one of the largest archery distributors in the world. They could probably care less. The only thing that would get there attention is if EVERYONE ceased to carry their bowfishing products, and that ain't gonna happen.

Got one of those orange arrows from BOWFISHING extreme the other day. Just looked at it and sure enough it's bowed!!!! When i ordered it I thought it was the same orange shafts that backwater sells,,, nope!! This sucks! Now what??

Glad to see you are a staffer of one of the biggest piece of chit company's I have ever come across. I was a sales rep for 12 archery and outdoor manufactures. I have never ran into a company that cares less about the consumer then these POS.

It is probably a good thing I do not attend all the Trade Shows as a Rep any more. I would for sure get kicked out if I ran across their booth.

I bought 4 yellowfin, 3 pink and 4 blue Muzzy shafts about 2 months ago from one of our site sponsers. One pink and 3 blue shafts were straight, the rest were crooked. I didn't feel like dealing with returning them. I went to a local archery shop and went thru about 30 arrow shafts (orange, white, pink and green Splash) and 7 or 8 were straight. What's the deal?!?!

That's just how it goes with all of them.If you can't hand pick what you want then you will get the shaft on a few of them.I ordered 17 shafts once because I had good luck getting straight ones with them.16 of them weren't just a little crooked, they were bow fiddles.Luckily they took them back and 3/4 of the next batch were good enough to shoot.
