How so? Did Mr Greenway in any way, shape or form imply that this was to compete with the turnout of a numbers shoot? What you need to realize is that the people that will actually show up here are not doing for the money. They show up to kill fish.

 

Do you even bowfish? Why would you give two chits about a tourney series that you won't even compete in?

 

This isn't about big turnouts. It's about serious competitors. Not about a bunch of fluff teams to give the allusion of a big "turnout".

 

Are these 4 separate events or will this culminate in a championship tournament or payout based on points

 

Its 4 separate events that are BAA sanctioned (will be). there will also be a separate points system for them. 1st place 1 point 2nd 2 points so on...

 

It's a points series with an overall champion. They will all function as individual shoots though too.

 

I'm happy to see you guys organizing some numbers shoots,, myself I plan on attending atleast two of them... Thanks for the work Yall are putting in... Remember if ya got haters ya doing something right...

A few things. I'm not getting on here bashing the 50 other big fish shoots every year. Your more than welcome to be part of the shoots. Everyone is. Not having number shoots to attend I thought I would do a series. But as always us number shooters are the trouble makers. Rather than cry we put on some shoots. Nothing about the money it's about the competition. So if you want to be part then great! If you don't then stay off the thread!

 

I think it is a great idea and kudos to you guys for taking the initiative to put on some tournaments. I hope you guys dont mind if I show up in raggedy clothes and bring muddy, stinky equipment.

 

Hey Gobblegulper, why so angry about die hard numbers shooters organizing some tournaments? You are welcome to participate and wear your team jersey. You do bowfish right?

 

As I have said. Everyone is welcome. The series will more than likely be more towards just numbers shooters cause there are so many big fish shoots now. But if some of the shoots are close to you and you want to shoot them you are more than welcome. We are working in details and I will have it all set by first of the year.

 

I will ask all that wants to be part of the series please don't throw stones. Just because we choose to shoot fish we are labeled as trouble makers. We have nothing to say or defend.

I a big fish guy but I in for a few off them let's do this.

 

Even if your not down with the whole series it should still be fun to shoot some of the shoots. Nothing fancy. Just show up shoot the chit then shoot fish! Big fish, little fish, no fishing at all are welcome.

 

Sounds like a lot of fun.

 

Also just to start we have Shirtguys stepping up Seelite and I'm sure others that will be involved.
