Yeah I get a kick out of killing them sometimes.For a couple seasons here the lake was about 30' to high and muddy and shad was about all we could find to shoot at.I aint picky, as long as we're slinging sticks at something I'm happy.:tu:

these gizzards follow the boat up and down the channels here at night around here, pretty entertaining to watch when the commons aren't around. i think they look alittle like silvers.
Yeah some are about as goofy acting as silvers.Very seldom do we have a shad jump in the boat here but me and a buddy was fishing on Lake Charles in northeast Arkansas several years ago and we had so many jump in that night they covered the floor of our boat.
