Broken powermax

I have two powermaxxs that are broken. I am wondering what is the best option i have to do with them. I have called errin and left him a voicemail but he hasn't contacted me yet. I'm not trying to start anything. I just have two that are broken and worthless and i would like to know if i can fix them? Or what i should do.

I'm not sure. I'm going to be sending them in to powermax.

I'm not pleased that they are broken obviously, but I have broken two over the past four years. And I am running 3 at a time. It's not like I went out and the crapped out on me the first day.
