yea it wasnt cheap. I got it just to try out to see if it will do what i think it will. If not i already have another plan for it so it wont be a total waste!

Ok I have the raised platform on the boat and some of the bracing done. I decided to raise it up 18 inches and I had to move it back off of the bow about 2 feet to allow for the troller and clearance from the tailgate on the ol' ford.

I got that LED in and that puppy is BRIGHT!!! I havent got to shine it in the water yet but its lookin like it might just work out ok! Who knows tho! I went ahead and picked up 8 500 watt haolgens just in case. I will probably run 350's in the 500 bases. If the LED don't work out i an gonna use it to light up the inside of the boat.

hah yea thats a forestry head on a ASV RC100. I am a supervisor at a tree company. I am using the shop and welder here at the office. We use that to clear property and county sewer easements.

Well I almost get it finished. I raised a 6X6 platform 18". Put 8 500 watt Halos..........Still gotta put a kick rail on the deck and wire up the lights, re-mount the trolling motor, andwill be slingin some water darts!

 

looks good!! how long a troller shaft you need for the height of the deck?

 

Just standard length. I am gonna make a hand control on it. Mount the foot control under the deck and put a "lever type" pole on it to operate it.
