hi. i'm working on building my flounder boat. currently welding front rail and back rail. I've bought a prop from Competition aircraft out of California to fit my honda GX690BAF engine that has a 1 7/16" thick shaft.

I've got the 4 blades, pitch blocks, and two hubs connected and bolted to 115 in/lb torque.

now the question is how does all those other pieces that came in the kit go on the shaft? The instructions are horrible. I got two aluminum circle plates, a pulley, tons more nuts and bolts, an adaptor with a "key" that gets put in it, etc... pictures would be great if you have this set up on yours. Just trying to make sure I put all the parts on the shaft correctly.

Thanks if advance.

Flounder Man.
