Well your fishing where there are no fish it sounds like me. Try different areas or different lakes and rivers
Really depends on individual lakes and rivers but cant go wrong with weed flats . Creek mouths and as far up as u can get up them, mud flats, Rocky shores, and where there are a bunch of springs entering the lake can hols fish at different times of the year and are worth checking when the fish arnt where u expect them to be

Sounds like you might want to go out with someone in their rig for a couple of times to learn the secret to night hunting fish

after 3 years anybody should be able to find fish

as far as the daytime spots, fish will be in the same general area but act totally different at night

where ever you are looking now is not working and it may not be just one thing... depth, structure, water temps, clarity, and food sources are all things that will

hold fish in an area...good luck!

Is the water you're shooting at night clean enough to see the fish? We have some awesome day spots that are just too muddy to shoot at night. Scout different water every time ya go out until ya hit. If I dont see fish I move until I do.

Go shoot Erie or the Detroit River-I can promise ya you will see carp there!

I don"t want to sound like a dumba-- but we can go out in the day time and fill tubs. But every time we go out at night i can't seem to find carp. Sunday night we went to lower crooked saw one fish, the day before went in the daytime same spots did all right.

I went to lower crooked Sunday, don't feel bad, we stayed for an hour then left, the weeds have choked that place out in the past couple week's. tons of carp there, they are just back in the shallow backwaters beneath the pads.
