These guys understand this, thats why we are in the middle of figuring out how we are going to handle it, me and Donnie have been talking abou it, Dan you've prolly also talked to donnie about it, our team is for mandatory fish disposal. but lets not get all upset JPeater, just bc everyone does it this way or that way doesnt mean we are going to...just sayinWhen you go the world or the muzzy, tell them you don't wanna pay for fish disposal and see how that works out for you. Better yet, go to any big tournament and tell them you don't wanna pay for fish disposal.
Making disposal mandatory is not going to cost anyone any extra money because the entry fee is set. It will end up coming off of the total payout. Which is fine by me. I don't mind loosing a few bucks on the payouts to know that the fish has been handled properly. But just because its handled, doesn't mean that you can't take your fish home if you want to.
FYI, we have been taking a small amount off of our 5 for 5 pots to cover disposal for a while. Its just a cost of doing business and keeping the sport clean and its not caused any one complaint at any of our 5 for 5's. Just sayin that its not really a big deal.
Trust me... I am not upset:laugh:These guys understand this, thats why we are in the middle of figuring out how we are going to handle it, me and Donnie have been talking abou it, Dan you've prolly also talked to donnie about it, our team is for mandatory fish disposal. but lets not get all upset JPeater, just bc everyone does it this way or that way doesnt mean we are going to...just sayin
we are already taking a % for the club...didnt realy want to take more for fish disposal......are YOU gonna step up and be the one to take everyone's fish ? i think if someone does take everyones fish, they would come out better charging $10 per boat VS taking $100 off the top...ex.-20 [email protected] $10 per boat=$200...and that way each team has the OPTION...i think most teams will take advantage of it anyway...personaly i like having an OPTION...i have to pay for trash pick up,its made into the sewer bill....i HATE being made to pay $20 per month when i live literaly 5 mins from the trash dump...When you go the world or the muzzy, tell them you don't wanna pay for fish disposal and see how that works out for you. Sounds good....:tu:We will be there with our new kicker rig.
Augh... Did not need that picture running through my brain, but thanks for the info! lolSorry guys, the 10th is my 25th wedding anniversary. I'm planning to spend that week laying naked on some deserted beach :hb:
I doubt they would want that many. If I had to guess, it will be thousands of fish. Most of the fish will probably be gar...i would take them to them guys again but i would doubt they would be cool with me showing up with that again....ill talk to them about it again right before the tourney and they may take them
so is this gunna be your turn to get rid of fish or is it my turn?Trust me... I am not upset:laugh:
Only trying to look after the sport :tu:

alright sounds good to meI have easy access to a 16' Gooseneck dump trailer and plenty of good places to dispose of fish. I just can't commit to it though. I am scheduled to work on the 8th and have no way to know at this time if I can get off.
But Jeremy, If I am there I would be more than happy to get rid of your fish since you took mine at the last dorn creek shoot.
