Hey guys I haven't found a whole lot searching through the threads. I can wire stuff to make it work but I am horrible at making it look clean and I'm currently redoing my 1860 and I do not want to make a mess of the wires. I was just curious if you guys use regular conduit or flexible conduit and use those junction box things to connect different leads together under your deck. I have always wired each light to it's own plug then plug them into a surge protector then to the generator and use a ton of zip ties. I would appreciate some pictures with a few suggestions of how you guys did your boats because I have seen a lot of boats on here without any noticeable wires.

I attached it under my cat walks and deck using stainless self tapping screws and the zip ties that have a hole on the end. 3 hoses run vertically down on inside of the boat on both sides, then under the floor, then up into the center console. I'll try to get pics and pm them to you tomorrow.

The conduit in the picture is Sealtite or liquitite. It's flexible weatherproof conduit which is much easier to use than PVC or EMT if you don't know how to bend them. The connectors don't thread into the box, you punch a hole in the box just big enough for the threaded end to fit in and then there's a locknut (silver piece on the threads in the picture above) that you thread on inside the box to hold it in place. Look for "One Hole Straps" in the size you bought (3/4", 1/2" etc) to hold it in place. Get one size bigger conduit than you think you'll need so you'll have room for wires down the road. Look for weatherproof fittings and junction boxes.

Flex hose on my boat only need from hull to 3 up high, going to wire switch on the boat on 3 up high.
On the PVC conduit you put a heat blanket on to make 45's or more, but it can collapse if not careful.
