Custom Hatch

I am in need of a custom hatch. When we built my deck we took a lot of care in the deck framing and done a good job with it. We were out of material/time/effort and just stuck this X braced street sign hatch on there. I am looking to get something made up that will be sturdy and that I can possibly lock down so that I can secure my bows inside of the deck. The hatch opening is framed out of aluminum I beams. Any ideas of who might build me one?

Here's a link to a company in GA. I saved the address awhile back ( over a year) and I don't anything about them either. I just built one my boat and I had a local guy bend my alum. for me and I welded up the frame work.

The cheapest ones i found were plastic and still around 300 a pop for a 24" x 19"

I don't feel bad I had to buy a 4 x 10 sheet of 100 to build a part of storage box and got the frame work and the 31" by 31" hatch lid bent and I think mat. and labor for the bending was about 230 bucks.
Now I had cut and weld the frame and I had the SS piano hinge.

I have a box pan brake so after i figured out how i wanted to make them they go pretty quick. I put in slam latches and piano hings so its all flush and nothing to trip on at night. Its outrageous to send out stuff to be formed unless you personally know someone at a shop.
