I ordered 12 27 watt LED's last Saturday and they were at the house when I got home today!! Great service. Hope to have them hooked up soon. LET THERE BE LIGHT.

Me either I tried em out in the yard and seemed to b real bright guess we shall see hope they hold up to the saltwater

 

That'd weird. Im 4 weeks into my order. And I live in the same state. And evidently his email stopped working to. Maybe he will see this and reply ti my emails

 

We are also 4 weeks into our order and he has not replied to multiple PMs. Very disappointed

 

Customfitz I hear you are the goto guy for lights. I am a super new-b in the carp killing bizz but I am in, and I am putting a deck + polling platform on my boat. I want to go with LED's because I can run on bats and or genny. 12v or 24v. Do you sell lights, if you do lets do some business.

 

How fast is the turnaround on LEDs when ordering from custom?

 

i'm 2 weeks and counting on (2) 100 watt 120 volt floods

Christ,y'all jumped on him like a pack uh rabid spider monkeys to get these things and then you wonder why it takes so long to get them? Ordering,shipping,customs,packaging it all takes time. If the shipment gets stopped in customs, you might not see them for a while. Go buy them from best buy next time....lol

chad is a good dude that started all this as a favor to help folks out he aint screwed no body and went outta his way to make things right for guys that got wrong stuff or broke or what ever
everyone has got there orders and yeah some take longer than others but people gotta realize thats not in his control all he can do is order and wait on China
my lights took longer than some orders and yeah i wanted them the day before i ordered them too but things don't always work that way and no chad may not sit behind his computer all day but he will get back to you eventually hasn't ever not responded to me just give him a few days

 

I'm with huntforfood on this. I have made 2 orders with Chad and I have had awesome service both times. I wouldn't want to buy from anyone else. He is at the mercy of the Chinese manufacturer after he places his order. Just give it time. Their is no one on this site worse than me when I order something I want it that day. Give it time it will come. Thats why I ordered mine in the winter when I couldn't fish and had plenty of time to wait. Just my .02.

 

I ordered mine a couple days ago (6 50w's). Like everyone else I'm hoping they get here in a timely matter, But like others have stated, Chad isn't in control after he puts in the order. Personally for the price and help Chad has provided to everyone who's ordered from him, there is no reason to be upset if your order is a running late.

 

I got two 100 watters from customfitz. It took a while, but it wasn't his fault. In some cases these Chinese companies take a long time to ship and they have a long way to go and go through a lot to get here. Also, he has to work a lot of long shifts sometimes with no days off, so he does his best to get all of these orders in for us and work, eat and sleep etc. I think he's been doing a good job helping us all and I appreciate his efforts. Also, he got me the lights I wanted a lot cheaper than I would have paid for them on ebay.

 

He will respond. Something may of happened know one knows about. After all he isn't making any money out of this. I've seen it take 1 week and up to 4 weeks. He won't do y'all wrong. He a good guy. Never seen anything but good things and I've never had anything but good service from him. Hope this makes y'all feel better lol.
