So I want a discovery 2 or a mission menace. I've got a browning micro Midas that goes to 30lbs and it would be nice to have a bow that has a little more azz but can still be turned down and fit different people. So what are the pros and cons other than the price

mission menace!!! i love the hell out of mine! wouldnt trade it for anything, except an ar15 if anyone has one jk, get the menace, you will love it

Depends. I shoot a discovery @ 22lbs and don't have a problem sticking big fish or suckers 6 ft deep

I hear people say that but I don't believe it. No way those fish are really 6 8 or 10 foot deep and being stuck with a 20lb bow. I've shot 30-40 pound fish straight down with a really well tuned bow and not got full penetration

discovery. i have had both in the boat side by side and always went with the discovery. ive shot a 7'2 and a 7'4 gar with it, and just tried to buy it back from my buddy. really depends if you like to have let off or not.

i smoked a 29lb common in probly 10ft of water last summer with my menace set at 30lbs. love it! and don't let ppl tell you that you can't snap shoot em cuz i do it with mine ALL the time!

theres a reason why the discovery is always on back order and quick to go if its a good deal lol both bows are good

I heard both bows shoot hard but I still don't believe it was ten foot.

28" draw was only spoz to go down to 32lbs i think but i have mine at 30 right now
