without a doubt go with a menace, everybody is gonna have theyre own opinion but heres mine.- i can take any one of my menaces and go out and stick and hold 45+ spoonies and 35-55# bigheads all night long set at 40#s (usually not deep fish but very hard fighters) anybody that knows me knows i have a serious shoulder injury and i can comfortably shoot 40 lbs all night long, but then i can turn it around and set it up for my buddys 8yr old son with 2 allen keys and about 2 minutes and hes stickin and holding fish. can honestly say i dont miss my discovery a bit. so all in all, between the 2, the choice is obvious...an oneida hahaha

I hear people say that but I don't believe it. No way those fish are really 6 8 or 10 foot deep and being stuck with a 20lb bow. I've shot 30-40 pound fish straight down with a really well tuned bow and not got full penetration

Maybe not 20, but 29 pounds, absolutely! You have to shoot a discovery or cuda to really know what kind of punch they have. You dont have to believe it, I don't care. Just what I personally believe, and that is that a 29 disco has enough punch to stick them at 6'.

Think has to due with the water being colder and the fish are firmer.
