I stumbed across these and they are made in AC and DC. Not sure if he will give this deal to everyone but I priced 12 of these to my door at 39.57 a piece and if I bought more than 16 the price would drop about 3 dollars per.. they also have 10 Watt in same housing for 19.99 per. Not to ruin anyone else route but these look more sturdy and had better housings for my taste.

Good deal or no deal??

20 watts in a single LED is nothing. You'd be better off with the 27w Leds for $39 each TYD IMO.
I would think the exact opposite. lol These lights have more output than the 27 watters.

i called and this is what was sent to me via email

20-Watt LED Flood Light in Color: CoolWhite(6500K)

AC units (85V - 250V AC): Qty: 12 pcs Price: $35.00

Qty: 40 pcs Price: $32.00

DC units (10V - 30V DC/AC ): Qty: 12 pcs Price: $37.00

Qty: 40 pcs Price: $35.00

Also, if the lights was AC and the DC lights were that much you could get a inverter and do the same thing. Then you could use a battery or a genny.

Troy,

That is a great comparision but, the 20w leds look like they have a lot better coverage than the 27w leds. Watching that video I could use about half as many lights as I would need if I go with the narrow beam 27w leds. MAybe I'm wrong but the coverage on those lights look way better than the 27watters.

Does any one have a similar video of the 27w leds, to give us a better comparsion to the flood coverage?

if im not mistaken the 20w had a beam angle of 140 degrees. I seem to think that was considerably wider than the 27w i might be mistaken though. either way i ordered 14 of the 20w. Also in about 2 weeks im going to compare hps 150, halo 500w, mercury vapor 400w, and 20 w led on a somewhat scientific scale. and im gonna video it because im not aware of any video out there that compares all of these particular lights.

He wasnt comparing the 27w LEDS

I have some videos but Im liking the looks of the coverage of these housings a lot better

Not really a good comparison with one in the garage and one outside with a street light, but Im going to say by the videos I like the 20w better

This video would be the best comparison

Awesome info, I am almost convinced to order them. If my 400W HPS lights would sell I would order them.

Blackdawg,

I can't wait to see your comparision.

Is that 12 lights for 35$ or 35$ a piece if you buy up to 12?

I think if you buy 12-39 they are $35 each. if you buy 40 or more they are $32 each.

I am going to call them after work today and see about getting a few to try.

What color light should I get warm white or white?

Am I reading info right these could be wired to plug-ins just like halogens?

scott i would prefer white over warm white because you lose the lumen output in a different light. if im not mistaken my research said that the white light produced 65k and the warm white was around 40k. (and these numbers are not lumen output numbers)
Aquatic. they can be wired in just like halogens or in to 12 v or 24 v depending on which style you choose.

Yeah you are absolutely right there they do seem to cover a lot more from what I've been looking at. At least compared to the 27 w.

For the 50w and the 100w they seem to have the same type housing as those 20 watters just bigger and the 50 and 100 w are cheaper per watt unless you buy that certain amount of the 20w I guess. But the 100 watt would still be cheaper.
