mx1alex....sweet looking deck. something very similar to what i have been working on...im struggling figuring how to mount it to my boat. I wanna be able to take it on and off with ease. I was thinking something like yours. Is that just angle that is setting on the rounded top edge of your boat with a bolt through it to hold it and your uprights welded on top? Or is it like a channel that goes on both sides of the rounded rail of the boat? I can't quite tell by the pictures. Thanks!

Yes i gotcha on modifying the rectangle tubing to make "channel". That is what I'm gonna do now as well. So is your whole deck just sitting on those 6 pieces of channel with the uprights going from them or do you have some center posts that rest on your existing deck of the boat? Also what size of deck is that?
