Are Tilapia here aRE NOT IN BIG SCHOOLS, THEY BUILD THEIR craters and keep the others away from them, so they are very spooky. If you point at them, they vanish, no lie. So we always say to newbies, , you only get one motion when they are looking at you, make it the one where your drawing your bow, NOT POINTING. From what i have been told by some is that in the power generating plants in Texas they are in big schools so they all think that the other fish is watching out for them "i GUESS" so they aren't as spooky, is that how it is in your area?

A bucket of that size tilapia is what won Robert the Dunlop tourney last year and it was a points system shoot.

There are no tilapia left in Texas. The recent cold weather killed every single one. Alaska however is loaded with monster tilapia.

AND IF THE TILAPIA aren't pokin their heads up outta their ice holes, we can always shoot Eskimoes, hard to clean em tho. OBG, sorry bout Texas, you can come shoot some here, but ours only average 9lbs

yep. What amazes me is how much b.s. that some of our "internet" bowfishermen will believe---things become a "known fact" on here pdq.
