It's all very simple: with a bullet hole tune and a fishing arrow- fastest bow on the chrony sticks fish deeper. No magic and no brands involved. Nor would I believe or try to tell you that a brand X no let-off compound @30 lbs will shoot a fishing arrow faster than a brand y no let-off compound @ 40 lbs.

 

Well as I said all of my bows are tuned to the max.....PAPER TUNED!!I havent shot a Cuda,always have shot Oneida's cause they are what I started bowfishing with and I like them for bowfishing,I am more than willing to switch if it out performed them at lower pounds,but I have yet to lay hands on that bow??Tell ya the truth at any of the tournies out here,80% of the shooters are shooting Oneida's,its just what everybody shoots,why?Must work for them too.I guess what I am trying to say OBG,is what bow is it going to be that is gonna git me off da Kool Aide??

 

The depth finder might read 8-6ft but the fish is still another 3-4ft away, in the water.

Yea,but I am not so hard headed as to not try something else!If I can get them deep fish,and pull less,I am all about that!!!I just dont see how that can be?

 

My micro burner pulled 42 oN the scale today, I'll be backing her down just a touch

 

43lbs on my Micro Midas 3, works perfect most the time, maybe a little weak on the big buffs

 

45 or so
