I shoot all over tx many of the souther lakes have then heck ive seen then in the city of Dallas just no numbers cause of the cold. If you have an airboat day shoot. Pull up on the flat spook them off thier nest then thud as they swim back move 15 yards rinse and repeat. No fan or airboat walk shallow same thing.

Sucks bout them shutting it down during the week, fish there a lot, 15 min from my house, some days its pretty tough fishing when its windy and with recent rain. Lots of big Tilapie though, a lot bigger than the ones in Fairfield, but more to shoot at in fairfield.

I'm in Houston looking for Tilapia. I heard that they shut down the plants on gibbons and fairfield and all of the tilapia died off. How true is this, and where else can i find them?
