HOW DO U RUN THE EXHAUST FOR THE FAN SETUPS IF THE EXHAUST WILL EXIT TOWARDS THE FAN BLADE? WHERE DO U GET THE EXHAUST TUBING?::headbang::headbang::headbang:

On my Briggs I got two elbows and shot the ehaust out to the sides. I just ordered two small tractor mufflers yesterday.

I got some flex tubing and attached to a 90 at the motor and routed it to the muffler below the motor.

We cut the factory exhaust and re-fabed it to fit but I think the flex looks great and seems to gives you a lot more room

i need to know where to get the exhaust gasket and header pipe...I think its 1 inch

I got some on Ebay. There is some 1.5" on there now. I did a search for stainless flex tubing.

we origionally did em like this, but after having the exhaust echo in the hull of the boat for a few trips, we extended the pipe a bit further, put 90's on there, then routed the mufflers under the shroud and out the back. Its only loud when you are in reverse now...

as far as the hedder pipes go. they are all just about the same, go to a lawnmower repair shop and see if they have any burnt up engines, chances are you can get what you need for cheap and just build a custom exhaust. Its much cheaper...
